Approaches and strategies
Several work packages are processed through the research association for professionalization of stewards as an autonomous part of the private security industry.
Those work packages are divided into:
AP 1 - Definition of the autonomous part stewards as a part of the security industry
- Survey of reliable key figures for quantitative description
- Distinction between “security” and “organization” within the "trade regulation" (Gewerbeordnung) and the "model public assemblys regulation" (Musterversammlungsstättenverordnung)
- Survey of necessary changes of structural circumstances and labor conditions
AP 2 - Legal und organizational regulation requirements
- Examination of the organizational framework
- Examination of the used working time models
- Legal Framework
AP 3 - Qualifikation and Training
- Identification of practice-relevant training content for executives
- Identification of practical relevance for operational staff
- Development of pilot training for executives
- Development of pilot training for operational staff
- Development of integrated pilot training for executives and operational staff
- Implementation of pilot training
- Examination of the transferability of the evaluation and training results in the international sphere
- Examination of an implementation approach in a certification concept
AP 4 - Interaction, attitude and mutual attitude
- State of research and theoretical foundationInterviews with experts

AP 5 - Internationalization and Networking
- Evaluation of values and the organization of stewards in the security industry of other countries
- Evaluation of international training and further education of stewards
- Networking: Online -platform for networking, panel work and an international final workshop
